Buying a used car in Sibu, Miri or Bintulu
The short answer

How it works, step by step
- Choose your car online. Every car page has photos, the price, a monthly estimate and, where completed, the 128-point inspection report. Ask us on WhatsApp for more photos or a video walk-around.
- Check your loan. Send your IC, payslips and EPF or bank statements by WhatsApp. We submit to the most suitable lender and usually have an answer within 3 working days.
- Sign at your nearest airport. Once approved, our staff meet you at the airport in Sibu, Bintulu or Miri to sign the agreement.
- Receive the car. We handle the JPJ transfer and deliver the car to you free of charge, on a date we agree with you.
- After-sales from home. Warranty claims and questions go through the Tiger Helpline on WhatsApp, with repairs at a panel workshop near you.

Warranty repairs outside Kuching
Every car comes with a 1-year engine, gearbox and ECU warranty with unlimited claims in the first 60 days. Repairs are done in-house in Kuching or at our panel workshops in Serian, Sri Aman, Sibu, Bintulu and Miri. See what Tiger Certified covers.
Living in Sabah?
Free delivery goes up to Miri, where you can collect the car, or we can deliver to Kota Kinabalu for an extra RM2,500 trailer fee. Other parts of Sabah are not covered. Full details on the delivery page.
Common questions
Do you deliver outside Kuching?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Sarawak except Limbang, including Sibu, Miri, Bintulu, Sarikei, Sri Aman and Serian. For buyers outside Kuching, our staff meet you at the nearest airport to sign the agreement, and the car is delivered to you.
Can I buy a car without visiting the showroom?
Yes. Many buyers in Miri, Bintulu and Sibu buy entirely through WhatsApp. We send photos, videos and the stock list, submit your loan with documents sent by phone, meet you at your nearest airport to sign, and deliver the car free.
Where are warranty repairs done? I don't live in Kuching.
Repairs are done in-house in Kuching or at our panel workshops, which we have in towns big and small across Sarawak, from Sibu, Bintulu and Miri to Serian and Sri Aman. If there is no panel workshop near you, just inform us first: if the problem is covered under warranty and the quote is reasonable, you can repair it at a workshop near you and claim it from us.
What is the Tiger Helpline?
The Tiger Helpline is our after-sales line on WhatsApp and phone at 016-873 6833. Real people answer it during working hours and usually into the evening, for warranty claims, breakdowns or servicing questions after you buy.
Do you sell to buyers in Sabah or Peninsular Malaysia?
Sabah, yes. Free delivery goes up to Miri, where you can collect the car yourself, or we can deliver to Kota Kinabalu for an extra RM2,500 trailer fee. We don't deliver to other parts of Sabah. For Peninsular Malaysia, we usually advise buying locally, as our cars are brought in from there.
